Pension Scheme Group Personal Pension Plan with
Scottish Widows, with both employee contribution (flexible amount) and
TWI contribution (up to 8% of salary). The scheme is available for all
new employees in the TWI Group in the UK.

Life Assurance A free benefit to all TWI Group
employees, on a contract of employment of more than 6 months’ duration,
up to their 75th birthday. Benefit payable: 4 times salary tax-free.

Private Medical Insurance TWI pays the subscription for
employees of TWI Ltd UK with BUPA. The scheme is available for TWI UK
staff who have completed at least 6 months employment and will be
joining the scheme for a minimum of 3 months. Family members may be
eligible to join at the employee's expense.

Share In Success Scheme This is a scheme designed to
provide a financial reward to all staff, based on the success of the
global TWI Group. It is based on the results of TWI's Balanced Scorecard
for the financial year. Any payment from the scheme is paid as a % of
salary the following February.

Hours of Work 36 hours per week, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm
(Fridays 8.30 am - 4.15 pm) with a 45 minute lunch break. This varies in
our Catering function and in TWI subsidiary companies.

Holidays 33 days per year, including 4 company days (at Christmas) and 8 bank holidays.
