Career Progression

Finding the right people and developing them is paramount to our success as a knowledge business.

As a new member of our workforce you will be encouraged to take responsibility for developing your own career and we will support you from your first day. Regular interaction with line managers will help you focus on your new role and realise your future ambitions.

TWI have a structured induction process, including regular probationary meetings with your manager to help you settle in, along with in-house training courses to equip you in your job such as project management and business writing skills.

Annual appraisals will enable you to discuss future training needs with your manager and we offer a wide range of learning and development programmes designed to help you develop your career, from mentoring and time management to finance, influencing and presentation skills. In addition, we make use of external trainers to enrich the knowledge we have in-house.
