Emma Farr

I joined TWI in April 2007 as an Administrator. In November 2010 I was promoted to Sales Support Officer within Training & Examination Services and my new responsibilities involve developing sales and providing increased customer service.

Since starting at TWI I have gained my Apprenticeship in Business and Administration for which I was awarded Apprentice of the Year, Advanced Apprenticeship in Business and Administration and Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service.

TWI are a great company for encouraging you to learn and develop your career, I look forward to my future at TWI.
