I joined TWI’s regional office in Yorkshire in May 2005 as an administrator primarily focusing on business development and supporting the delivery of a number of regional projects. I progressed to a Project Leader in 2008 and promoted to a Senior Project Leader in December 2012.
My current role involves supporting the EFL technology group taking on responsibility for the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans, digital marketing activities including web analytics and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). I am involved in non-technical project delivery of a number of European funded projects and have expertise and knowledge in delivering regional funded projects.
During this time I achieved a BA Hons Business and Management degree with Sheffield Hallam University, this degree was supported by TWI and I have become a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Without TWI’s support and commitment to my further education my career development would not have been possible; TWI has helped me not only grow professionally and personally but to develop new skills while continuing to build on existing skills and knowledge. TWI is a very motivating and encouraging organisation which has a genuine interest in developing their employees.
