Maintenance and Facilities Technicians

TWI Site Services are responsible for the operational and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical services on the 93 acre estate. Our duties vary on a daily basis from repairing air conditioning to the installation of new lighting. The department also carries out the installation and modification of the building infrastructure to cater for the needs of the various departments in the company. We also carry out landscaping, painting, decorating and office relocations.

The in-house team consists of electricians, plumbers, carpenters and controls technicians with a range of professional and technical qualifications. The ever changing nature of the industry means that training and staff development is an important issue for the department.

Site Services are an invaluable part of TWI since the company literally could not operate without them.
