Attention Industrial Members: the new suite of core research projects has begun

TWI's Core Research Programme - Opening new doors

The 2009-2012 Core Research Programme is now underway. Projects concerned with engineering and materials as well as those related to plastics, adhesives, ceramics and electronics began in July 2009. Joining and fabrication projects will start in January 2010.

One of the main objectives of the Core Research Programme is to develop skills and knowledge in joining related subjects. By so doing, manufacturing costs are reduced, product quality is improved, safety and reliability needs are both met and exceeded and, perhaps most importantly, innovation is encouraged. This is not only invaluable for TWI but for our Industrial Members who have direct access to the results of this research and to the latest technological advances and innovations.
