Graduate Development Programme
This programme is designed to give graduates the opportunity to consolidate and develop knowledge enabling them to transfer effectively their skills and experience into a commercial environment.
The Graduate Development Programme is part of TWI's Corporate Training Plan. The plan also includes a variety of training courses in IT, Health & Safety and induction. Training specific to your technical area is also provided.
As a Project Leader you will attend the following courses:

Graduates joining TWI are invited to become a Graduate member (GradWeldI) with interim registration with the EC (UK), whilst working towards full membership and registration.
