How do I apply?
We encourage all interested applicants to send their Curriculum Vitae (CV) and cover letter directly to the HR department (see below). We advise you to keep your CV brief yet to the point, making sure to include the information we need to know. Remember that you need to market yourself as we receive a large number of applicants and your CV is central to providing us with the information we need. The closing date for applications in 2008 has now lapsed. We will begin recruiting for our 2009 intake later on this year, so please visit us again.

Graduate Assessment Day
Successful candidates will be invited to a Graduate Recruitment Day normally held in March, a day long event held at TWI's main site in Cambridge. As well as taking part in the activities, you will also be given the opportunity to meet many of our Senior Managers and Project Leaders. We believe the day is not only for us to learn about you, but for you to learn as much about TWI as possible!
The day will include the following activities:
- Panel interview
- Group activity
- Written assessment
- Site tour
Prior to attending the Graduate Recruitment Day you will be required to complete a short online psychometric assessment, telling us about your preferred working style. You will receive feedback in the form of a short written report.
When will I find out if I have been successful?
Our selection process is based upon pre-determined, standardised criteria related to competencies, technical ability and qualifications. You will be notified of our decision as soon as possible after the Graduate Recruitment Day.
