Metallurgy

Metallurgical work is undertaken by the Metallurgy, Corrosion and Surfacing Technology Group. This team undertakes single client confidential studies and consultancy, and Joint Industry Projects addressing the metallurgical needs of industry.

All aspects of this diverse subject area are covered by TWI's expertise, with particular emphasis on welding and joining technologies. We have knowledge and expertise of most metallic materials (both ferrous and non-ferrous). The range of services we provide include:
