TWI Industrial Membership is a confidential partnership which helps you to improve the performance of your business.
A company or organisation can gain full access to TWI's unique range of facilities and expertise by becoming
an Industrial Member. This requires payment of an annual technology access fee which allows use of any of the extensive services available from TWI.
Industrial Member companies can ask TWI for assistance at any stage of design, manufacturing or operation. You will find that our experience with many industry sectors worldwide is a valuable resource to help you solve problems, develop new products, or to market effectively and gain competitive advantage.

- Visits - As an Industrial Member you are most welcome to visit TWI. You will have access to over 400 skilled staff and a chance to view the extensive facilities. Visits to your site by experienced TWI staff are available by prior arrangement. Visits to and from TWI staff provide the opportunity for in-depth discussions on current technical problems or concerns.

Core Research Programme
TWI has a multimillion pound underlying core research programme which is funded from the annual membership fees. The current programme is budgeted at over 3 million pounds sterling per annum and consists of over 50 projects covering a
comprehensive range of joining and related topics.
All project work at TWI is carried out under a quality assurance system accredited to ISO 9001:2000.
Results of the programme are issued to Industrial Members in the form of detailed reports, technology briefings and through TWI's Bulletin. All of this information is confidential to Industrial Members.
