17 days' FREE technical support - funded by the WDA

Joining Forces Wales gives you up to 17 days' free technical support. To meet the needs of different companies, the way it's provided is flexible: for example, you could opt for expert assistance at your premises to help you -

  • solve a specific technical problem
  • optimise a production process
  • uncover opportunities for reducing costs
  • identify areas with potential for productivity or quality improvement

Also, you could have free trials or development work performed by a team of TWI specialists backed by extensive R&D facilities to -

  • enable or accelerate innovation in your products
  • investigate use of materials with enhanced properties
  • study a more effective design
  • develop a more efficient manufacturing technique

Joining Forces Wales www.twi.co.uk/jfw is an EU funded programme for engineering manufacturing companies having less than 250 employees and based in the Objective 1 regions of Wales. It's run by materials joining specialist TWI which has a regional technology centre in Port Talbot (tel. 01639 864 700).

Joining Forces Wales is delivered under the 'de minimis' scheme.
