Vitolane^TM technology has been developed by TWI who is now looking for partner organisations to bring it to market.

TWI have partnered with performance chemical manufacturer Thomas Swan & Co Ltd to commercialise the technology. The partnership will create a secure manufacturing base to produce and supply Vitolane^TM materials.

This technology offers value-adding opportunities across the supply chain from silane manufacturers through formulators to end users.

TWI has applied for patent protection for the technology. Innovators and early adopters will benefit from a novel, versatile, affordable manufacturing route for the production of new building blocks - silsesquioxanes - and the new range of tailored materials that is now possible.
