Weldasearch is a searchable database of abstracts of published information. Weldasearch contains over 180,000 bibliographic references, with abstracts and keywords, to journal articles, research reports, books, standards, patents, theses and special publications in the areas of joining metals and plastics, metals spraying, thermal cutting, brazing, soldering and microjoining.

All aspects of welding and allied processes are covered, including design for welding, welding metallurgy, fatigue and fracture of welded joints, welding equipment and consumables, corrosion, thermal cutting, surfacing and quality control.

  2. All entries in the database are keyworded according to the International Welding Thesaurus, available to members of the International Institute of Welding on the IIW website.
