Dr Reza Razmjoo, Associate Director, is
Manager of TWI's Oil, Gas and Chemicals Industry Sector. His experience includes engineering critical assessment and fatigue performance of welded structures. In the early 90s he carried out the pioneering work on fatigue of
SCRs and has since been launching a series of large JIPs to provide the industry with the required design guidance on structural integrity of critical welds for deepwater applications. |

Dr Paul Woollin is Technology Group Manager of the Metallurgy, Corrosion & Surfacing Group. His work includes study of the welding metallurgy of duplex stainless and weldable 13%Cr steels and their use in sour service and the
optimisation of the corrosion resistance of weldments in high alloy austenitic stainless steels and nickel alloys in chloride media. His work includes weldability and weld properties of supermartensitic duplex and superduplex stainless
steels. |

Stuart Bond is the Section Manager - Ferritic Steels & Technology Manager - Corrosion, working within the Metallurgy, Corrosion & Surfacing Technology Group. He is responsible for line management of TWI Ferritic Steels
expertise, plus project development, major programme management and provision of consultancy to support the oil & gas sector at TWI. Stuart is a Professional Member of the Institute of Corrosion and Certified as a NACE Senior Corrosion
Technologist. He is an active participant in NACE standards under STG32, is a Member of NACE Task Group 299 / ISO TC67/WG7 (the ISO15156/MR0175 oversight committee), Chairman of NACE Task Group 328 (Welding of CRA for oil & gas production) and
a member of the European Federation of Corrosion Working Party 13 (Oil & Gas). |

Dr Mohamad Cheaitani is Principal Engineer. He specialises in the field of structural integrity with a particular emphasis on oil and gas installations. He takes a leading role in the development of TWI's fitness-for-purpose
software - CRACKWISE

David Harvey joined TWI in 1986 with a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, working initially on process control for gas shielded arc welding. He was then instrumental in the development of TWI's thermal spraying
facilities. He was Chairman of the UK Surface Engineering Society from 1994 to 1997 and helped establish the UK Thermal Spraying & Surfacing Engineering Society in 1998.
As a member of the OGC team, his current role is to provide business support to TWI's process groups. |

Dr Caroline Young is Section Manager for Industrial Member Services, managing the customer relationship between TWI and all its Members. In addition, she is the Sector Manager for the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry Team
within TWI where she is responsible for membership recruitment and development. She previously worked as Project Leader in the Advanced Materials and Processes Technology Group. Caroline participated in a wide variety of project work in high
temperature materials for applications in the oil, gas and petrochemical sector. |

Andy Brightmore is Manager of TWI's Software Development Section which is responsible for all joining related software developments in house and for external sale. This includes web-based systems, multi-media training systems
and more conventional database software such as Welding Co-ordinator. |

Richard Johnson joined TWI in 1998 in the Friction and Forge Processes Group and mainly works on friction stir welding, core research, joint industry and single client projects. He has mainly welded aluminium cast and wrought
alloys, magnesium cast and wrought alloys and austenitic and ferritic steels. He has also worked on some of the other friction processes in aluminium alloys and steels. |

Sayee Raghunathan joined TWI in 2005 in the Manufacturing Support Group as a senior welding engineer. His experience includes welding and fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and fractioning columns, fabrication and
installation of offshore platforms and pipelines. He currently manages the Arc Process, Fabrication and Welding Engineering (AFWE) section in the Manufacturing Support Group. Sayee is a participant on Pipeline PTC and API-AGA 1104 committee. |

Ruth Hammond is a Senior Project Leader in the Ferritic Steels Group at TWI. This involves managing technical projects, failure investigation, consultancy, and general enquiries. Ruth has experience of sour service in the oil and
gas industry, including running two Joint Industry Projects (JIP) on KISSC thresholds and effect of plastic strain on behaviour in sour service. Ruth is also developing the facilities for mechanical testing in high pressure hydrogen at TWI. |

Sean Fewell joined TWI's Structural Integrity Technology Group in 2006. His experience prior to joining TWI was in the downstream sector as a refinery materials and corrosion engineer and inspection engineer. He is active in
performing fitness-for-service (FFS) / engineering critical assessments (ECA) and failure analysis of pressure equipment and pipelines for both upstream and downstream sectors. |

Richard Shepherd joined TWI in 2007 bringing 20 years experience of polymer applications in the Oil & Gas industry to the Polymers Section. He has significant experience of the manufacture and processing, testing and
inspection of high value, safety-critical elastomeric components such as flexible joints and sealing systems and has published a number of technical papers and patents in areas including pipe insulation and HP/HT sealing systems. |

Jit Patel is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and holds an Engineering Doctorate and MBA.
Jitendra joined TWI in 2007 as Technology Group Business Manager for Structural Integrity, and Metallurgy-Corrosion-Surfacing Technology Groups.
Jitendra has over 10 years experience working with the international steel and ferro-alloy industry sectors. He has a range of knowledge in process metallurgy, and has gained experience with the world's major steel producers and R&D
centres in the area of microalloyed high strength plate and strip products. In addition, having successfully developed a number of R&D and Technology Transfer Programmes he also has an understanding of UK regional government, UK and EU funding
mechanisms. |
