TWI has offered training and examinations in South East Asia since 1979 and in 1993 established its own facility in Kuala Lumpur. The modern facilities are ideally suited to the learning environment and courses offered reflect the needs of Malaysia and the rest of the South East Asia region.TWI SEA is the approved training and examining body for the Construction Industry Development Board and in 2000 opened a unique 60 bay welder training facility in Johor Bahru for welders wishing to achieve certification under the CIDB/CSWIP international welder qualification scheme.
