Automatically optimises welding parameters

A new technology from ESAB is revolutionising the way welding parameters are optimised for short-arc welding.
ESAB's new QSet™, offers the potential for significant set up time savings, improved and repeatable weld quality and reduced post-weld cleaning all of which help to ensure maximum levels of productivity.
All the operator has to do is select the wire feed speed, do a short test weld and QSet™ will automatically sets and maintain the correct welding parameters for the given wire/gas combination. Initially QSet™ is being incorporated within the MA23A control panel that is fitted to the Origo™ Mig C3000i power source and the Origo™ Mig L3000i power source used in conjunction with the Origo™ Feed L3004.
