TWI's Information Services is a benefit of Industrial Membership which enables Members to access various types of information.
We want the service to be as useful as it can be so we're inviting you to have your say on what's done well and what could be improved. By taking part in this survey, you will help Information Services plan how to make the service even better.
The survey has 17 questions and shouldn't take you any longer than 10 minutes to complete. You don't have to give your name but if you do, you'll be entered into a prize draw to win one of two £50 Amazon vouchers.

- Two names will be picked at random from the list of participants who have requested to be included in the prize draw, who will win one of two £50 Amazon vouchers. No cash alternative
- Staff of TWI are exempt from the prize draw
- The survey will close on 30 November 2011
- Winners will be announced by via direct email within 21 days following the closure of the survey

Your personal information has been given for the purposes of receiving further information on Information Services, entering the prize draw or being contacted with regard to your comments. The information will not be used for any other purpose, and will be deleted once these processes have been completed.
