Allow me to introduce you to the team that provides many of the industrial membership deliverables here at TWI, so that you know the most suitable person for your enquiry.
John joined TWI in 1971 and managed the Information, Library, Communications and Marketing Departments before becoming Manager, Member Services in 1995. He is responsible for the administration of company memberships, ensuring Members receive the services they need. You should contact John if there are changes in your company affecting membership (company or group coverage, nature or size of business, ownership, payment) or for other membership issues. john.loader@twi.co.uk
Ginny is the section secretary. She has been at TWI since 1988. In addition to fulfilling the general administration duties of a busy office, Ginny responds to Members' enquiries related to database changes and research report requests. Ginny makes sure that TWI receives Membership Application Forms properly completed (and signed!) and that an Official Representative is appointed by every Member. ginny.edwards@twi.co.uk
Jenny has worked in the Membership Department since 1989. She provides secretarial support to the membership recruitment team and processes new Members' applications when they first join. Jenny is now the JoinIT administrator, which involves issuing ID and passwords to JoinIT users and checking their access rights. Contact Jenny if you have forgotten your JoinIT password or if you want access rights issued to you. There are currently over 33000 JoinIT users. jenny.bloomfield@twi.co.uk
Christine joined TWI in 1989. She is the Industrial Membership co-ordinator. She monitors the level of interaction between Members and TWI, ensuring that incoming enquiries are recorded and dealt with efficiently. Christine oversees the liaison visit requirements by TWI staff to Industrial Members. Christine Young has worked at TWI since 1979. Her role as Membership Administrator involves entering and maintaining over 8000 Industrial Membership records on TWI's corporate database, advising on membership coverage, liaising with the membership team at EWI and preparing membership invoices every quarter. She sends out introductory packages to new additions on TWI Industrial Member Company mailing lists and also deals with incoming requests for copies of TWI publications, including research reports. christine.young@twi.co.uk
