New Chairman for CSWIP committee

Tony Quinn, lead Engineer for Elgin PUQ Alliance, part of the McDermott Group, has recently taken up an extra role as Chairman of the CSWIP GRP Certification Management Committee. Still in its infancy, the certification of personnelinvolved in the installation of composite pipes is seen as a major step forward in providing a work force well equipped to meet the demands of the industry. He brings his expertise to the work of the Management Committee in constantlyensuring that the high standards required will be maintained.

Tony will now also represent the Management Committee on the Certification Management Board of TWI Certification Ltd. The Certification Management Board has the main responsibility for overseeing the various CSWIP schemes under itscontrol thus maintaining a high level of competency and integrity for which the CSWIP scheme is renowned.
