This event is sponsored by Air Products, Corus, Avesta Polarit and Nederman and supported by ECITB, TWI and EMTA.

Anne Campbell MP

TWI is sorry to announce that Anne Campbell MP has decided to stand down as a Non-Executive Director of TWI after six fruitful and co-operative years working with us.

We invited Anne to join the team in order to benefit from her input on people issues and because she has a background in science. Anne is standing down because of time pressures. Her role as PPS to Patricia Hewitt, the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, is one that takes a significant amount of her time and she also wants to pursue her objective of modernising Parliament.

Following her resignation, she wrote to us to say, 'The last six years have been extremely interesting and enjoyable from my point of view. I have learned a great deal about the way business works and it has been a privilege to be associated with such an innovative and forward-looking organisation.'
