CSWIP users may like to know that Jan Shambrook retired as Head of Administration on 28 March 2003. Jan has been involved in CSWIP for 23 years and has contributed greatly to the status and wide recognition of the scheme throughoutthe world.

Jan and her husband John retired on the same day and their first retirement activity will be a two week trip to Tanzania.

Everybody here at TWI Certification Ltd hopes that she and John have a long and happy retirement.
