Introduction
Supply Chain Support is a technical and business support programme for North West based companies. It's managed by TWI and funded by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) and the European Regional Development Fund. Free support is available whether your company is already in the nuclear supply chain and wants to grow within it, wants to join it, or needs to diversify.
What kind of support is provided?

Supply Chain Support provides up to 8 days of technical or business support - free of charge and tailored to the needs of each company assisted. Here are some examples of how this in-depth support from TWI and its partners can be used:
- Troubleshoot production or quality problems
- Increase productivity and reduce costs
- Enhance commercial performance, e.g. through improved tendering for nuclear contracts
- Explore more-effective technologies, better materials and improved designs
- Accelerate innovation
Supply Chain Support is a three-year programme and covers these key areas:
- Nuclear decommissioning technologies and processes
- Wider engineering technologies and materials
- Specific nuclear decommissioning tendering support
- Marketing and business advice

Supply Chain Support is provided by a range of expert organisations that includes TWI, the West Cumbria Development Agency, Nexia Solutions, and Warrington Borough Council.
