The Manufacturing Support Group (MSG) is experienced in bringing new ideas to market and has developed a number of approaches to the development of new ideas, evaluating their technical and commercial merits, and identifying enabling technologies and methods that will bring them to fruition.

The MSG team will employ a variety of techniques from its innovation toolkit including; brainstorming, FMEA, QFD etc. to facilitate this process.
