Programme Management for NHS Innovation
We have been assisting the NHS National Innovation Centre (NIC) with development of technology solutions for clinical needs & managing R&D projects on accelerating innovations to market. We managed the D2 ‘Develop a Solution Workshop’ in 2009, act on the Development Award Group and now manage 13 development projects funded by NIC to ensure innovative technologies are successfully proven through the 5D Stage Gate Process.
