Produced by TWI Information Services, Weldasearch is a database of short abstracts of articles on welding, joining and allied technologies. It aims to be a comprehensive record of appropriate, world-wide literature published since 1968.

Search the database yourself
Once you've done your search, you can use TWI's Document Delivery Service to obtain photocopies of items or borrow publications from the Library. Please be aware that there are restrictions on the use of this service
Use the Weldasearch One-Call serviceTWI Information Services can search for you; contact us for assistance. A charge is made for the Weldasearch One-Call service. For Industrial Members, this cost can be deducted from the Member's prepaid allowance.
Searches on other databases
TWI's Information Scientists also provide a search service on other databases such as Metadex (Metals Abstracts online), Compendex (Engineering Index online), RAPRA Rubber & Plastics, Ceramic Abstracts, World Patents Index, and many others. You can request a search by contacting us. All searches will be charged for, although there is a reduced rate for Industrial and Professional Members of TWI and Members of the Welding & Joining Society.
