You can find consumables by trade name, chemical composition, weld metal mechanical properties, those conforming to a particular standard grade, plus product approvals, and manufacturers. The sourcing of alternative products is aided by a comparison function.
If you are also interested in metals data for fabrication, you can subscribe to MI-21 Metals via the same website. This is produced by the World Metal Index (Sheffield Libraries, Archives & Information) and currently contains around 25,000 products and grades.
