Materials Assessment for Supercritical CO2 Transport-II (MASCO2T-II)

This project aims to experimentally determine effects of supercritical CO2 (in presence of H2S) on the corrosion and cracking behaviour of metals, including welds, in a dynamic environment. It also aims to assess the effect of such environment on ageing, permeation and mechanical behaviour (including rapid gas depressurisation) of polymeric materials.
