I want to take the CSWIP Underwater Inspection examination. However, I am very experienced - can I go straight to taking the 3.2U course and examination without first taking the 3.1U course and examination?

No, to gain a 3.2U you have to have held a 3.1U qualification for one year. There are no exemptions to this requirement.
