Background

The integration of individual computers, the software that runs on them and the manufacturing databases thcy contain into complete systems, is vital if manufacturing enterprises are to improve their productivity and remain viable.

This projcct is investigating the techniques which will enable Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), who have limited resources, to define their computer integration needs and thr strategy by which these may be achieved.
